Very nice park with friendly and helpful staff. Stayed one night while passing through the area. Nature trail is small but interesting. Did not use indoor pool but it looked in good condition. Would stay again.

Brand new and very beautiful campground. Restrooms and showers are worth the stop, very nice. A bus ride from the casino which also is very nice. Don't expect an adult beverage at the casino as there is none on site. Very nice stop for a couple of days. Rate is weekday rate, $40 on the weekend.

This was our second visit to this park. It was as nice as the last time! We had a wonderful stay.

I rate this park highly they have the greatest host and area guide I have ever met. We planned on staying 2 days, but stayed 4. The sites are located within the marina and if you are a boat person, this is wonderful. Near downtown is a plus. No real amenities other than the great view from your site. Most sites do not have sewer as there is a dump station easily accessible on your way out.

We didn't find the staff as friendly as the previous reviewer, however they were not unpleasant. Roads are very narrow for larger motorhomes, especially that first right turn down the hill when entering the campground. We camped up on the hill facing the lake, which was a great view. Coin operated showers were a negative. We would camp here again.

Enjoyed the peace and quite on site B1 which is along side of the entrance road. Staff has been cleaning up all week after the previously very busy weekend. Showers & restrooms are dated but clean. We were here to visit NYC which is a hour-long bus ride to the bus terminal. Campgrounds are in a very beautiful setting.

We stayed on site 3 which was completely blocked from receiving satellite signal, and there was no cable to other than permanent residents, which is most of the site. The club house and adjoining restrooms and showers were exceptional, unfortunately it was the highlight of this park. Seven miles from casinos.

Beautiful campground next to Yellow River with boat ramp and bank fishing. Large sites with plenty of space to spread out. Staff was helpful.

Stayed here for a few days. Park roads are rough and sites poorly marked and very tight. Feels like staying in a parking lot. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Excellent casino campground with many amenties. I put the nightly rate at $1 as the sight requires an answer, we were comped as I expect many visitors are. Only possible negative is the shuttle bus which runs day and night.

This is a very senic campground on the river. Pull-throughs were narrow and a bit of a challenge to maneuver. We only had an overnight stop, and did not become very familiar the CG. Neighboring resident in 5er stated they had been here for several months and they thought very highly of the CG and people, and also said this CG was the nicest in Sequin area.

Very nice campground with friendly staff. The site is located far enough from I-10 that you do not have the road noise as many parks do.

Wonderful park in the amongst the tall pines on Lake Livingston. Waterfront sites are beautiful, we stayed up on the hill away from the lake. These sites had hookups but were more privative type. We are returning next week as we truly enjoyed this area.

This is one of favorite local parks within walking distance to the Gulf of Mexico. A very nice park with a friendly and accommodating staff.

Very nice and clean lake front campground with very friendly staff. Park has mini-golf and walking path and is a very peaceful setting. Boat ramp near-by for the fisherman.
